FYI. The Carnegie west-bound on-ramp (to the airport) for the Parkway (I-376) has been closed. This ramp will remain closed until December 2015 and will reopen only for a few winter months while construction is on hiatus. Also, the east-bound on-ramp (to downtown) will be closed as of September 5. The suggested detour is Chestnut to Mansfield to W. Main to Interstate 79. In addition, PennDot expects to close the east-bound off-ramp (into Carnegie) in the near future. It is going to be much more difficult getting in and out Carnegie over the next 18 months. Motorists can check traffic conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com.

The School Board adopted a new Parking Policy at the meeting of June 23, 2014. The policy will be strictly enforced. Parking Policy No. 719
